  • Andrea Maturo

    Andrea Maturo, Catering Sales Director, has been part of the team since April 2012. Andrea loves working at a Conference Center with so much to offer and she loves leading a team of dedicated professionals who ensure each meeting’s successful execution. She takes pride in making sure all details are communicated properly, no matter whether it is a large multi-day conference or a small boardroom meeting. Meeting planners and corporate clients enjoy working with Andrea because they know they are in good hands. Andrea’s wealth of experience makes her an excellent resource for anyone planning a corporate event. At home, she enjoys embarking on new culinary adventures and spending time with her family and dog.

    Diana Cacace

    Diana Cacace, Catering Sales Coordinator, began in hospitality after working at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL on their Disney College Program in 2015 as a character attendant. Shortly after she got her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and started working for Hotels Unlimited in Catering Sales. It’s no surprise that Diana is fun loving and outgoing, and these characteristics are shown in her everyday work. Her favorite part about each day is helping groups plan the perfect meeting or conference. She knows how important it is to make sure that attendees enjoy their time, come away with something new, and feel that we have done everything possible to accommodate them. Diana loves how her career in hospitality allows her to go above and beyond for her clients.

    Ty Vasquez

    Ty Vasquez, Banquet Manager, discovered his love of hospitality back in high school. He was honored to compete in Skills USA for Food and Beverage Service in both high school and college, and we’re proud to say that he placed third in the state of New Jersey! His experience working in hospitality, from a posh Florida country club to an up-and-coming Brick food truck, has taught him how to create an extraordinary experience for every guest. Ty’s savvy decision making and make-it-work attitude help ensure that no obstacle big or small will thwart your event. He loves being part of a team where everyone pitches in, and takes special pride in maintaining the quality of our facilities and events.  In his spare time, Ty is a committed member of the Spartan racing community… which keeps his stamina strong for busy conferences and large groups!
